Our specialized Technology Centre in Kingston (Canada) develops rapid automated microbiological detection (E.coli, Total Coliforms...) technologies, while our Neuchâtel (Switzerland) centre manufactures multi-parameter electro-chemical in-line sensors probe for water system optimization.

The drinking water traceability system set out by Veolia Environnement Research & Innovation and Veolia Water tracks water characteristics in real time at all points in the network. The system comprises a new ultra-compact, multi-parameter probe (KAPTA 3000), a detailed modeling program and a software application to cross-reference network data. This innovative and low cost system enables to improve water quality control, better detect potential problems and trigger a more precise and rapid response if required.
